However, due to the large size and natural terrain, it can be difficult to navigate the grounds with a wheelchair. You must have a state-issued disability parking permit to use the on-site accessible parking area. Only First Aid treatment is available.<\/p><p style=\"color: #000000;\">If additional treatment is necessary, an ambulance will transport you to the hospital and charges will be made by the appropriate hospital and ambulance service.<\/p><hr style=\"height: 18px; border-width: 0; color: #ffffff; background-color: #ffffff;\" \/><h5><strong>FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No vehicles may park in an unauthorized parking area. Visitors may be towed away at the owner\u2019s expense, without notice.\u00a0 Please use the parking facilities.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No vendors may set up their wares, except for those already contracted by The St. Andrew\u2019s Society of Detroit.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No printed materials, including political material aimed at any person or party, may be distributed during the festival.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All bicycles must be walked through the grounds. Skateboards and roller blades are not permitted.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Portable music players and\/or radios are not permitted on the festival site.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No drugs or illegal activities will be tolerated at the festival.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No guns (prop or real) are allowed. Swords and daggers must be fully sheathed, and bows must be unstrung. Weapons must not appear capable of causing harm. Sgian Dubhs (pronounced\u00a0<em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-processed=\"true\">Skeen Doo<\/em>) are acceptable in socks.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coolers or picnic baskets are allowed at the festival, but not permitted at the C\u00e8ilidh.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dogs on leashes are allowed at the festival on Saturday only, but no dogs are permitted at the C\u00e8ilidh.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The St. Andrew\u2019s Society of Detroit follows regulations established by the Michigan Liquor Control Board.
